There may be good news ahead for Connecticut medical marijuana patients. The state has made it easier for licensed retailers to convert into hybrid retailers, and hybrid retailers can serve both adult-use customers and registered medical marijuana patients and caregivers. Over time, that could mean more places for patients to legally purchase medical cannabis products and more flexibility in where they choose to shop.
